Capital Project Approval:

• If no financing issues, request for BOT authorization to solicit bids for project and BOT authorization to award contract to low bid if within funding __________
• OR

• MOF submitted to Vice President for Finance for signature and forwarding to Legislative council for review/approval _________

Deferred Maintenance/ Renovation:

• If cost estimate greater than $500,000, Capital Project Proposal Form from Chancellor to Dr. Sugg for BOT approval ________
• If cost estimate less than $500,000, and On-call or in-house architect/engineer being used, no BOT project approval required

Bond Issue Financing:

• Request from the Chancellor to Dr. Sugg for BOT approval of "Intent Resolution" using not-to-exceed amount ___

• Request for Economic Feasibility Review by ADHE Coordinating Board _________
• Submission from Bond Counsel of Final Authorizing Resolution for BOT approval

Reynolds Financing or other Private Funds:

• Request from the Chancellor to Dr. Sugg for BOT approval to make application for private or foundation funding for capital project________

• Request from Chancellor Dr. Sugg for BOT authorization to make application for loan financing; can combine with BOT authorization to President/VP to execute Loan agreement and all other documents necessary to complete the borrowing
