I. Project Approval
A. CAMPUS LEVEL APPROVALEach campus will develop capital project approval procedures, taking into account the unique structure and mission of the campus. Institutional advisory committees may be developed, as appropriate, with the composition, duties, and appointment of members made at the discretion of the Chancellor, or his/her designee.
B. BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPROVAL
Construction of new facilities and any renovation/remodeling or other improvement projects which require the services of an architect or engineer, which may require the approval of the Board of Trustees as set forth in Board Policy 730.1 - (Appendix 1) and 730.2 (Appendix 2). Campus officials must submit a Capital Project Proposal Form (Appendix 3) and submit it to the President for review and recommendations. Refer to Appendix 25 Capital Construction Checklist for Board of Trustees Approval to insure proper documentation.
