Construction Contracting Procedures

This section reflects a compilation of requirements of law, policies implemented by the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees, and recommended practices.  The guidance provided is necessarily general in nature. If anything in this section is inconsistent with applicable law or Board policy, the current law or policy controls. The General Counsel’s Office should be consulted for specific guidance on any questions of law, policy or internal approval processes.
